Terms of Service
These terms cover using citrusstate.digital, including The Squeeze and booking a call with Citrus State Digital (“we”, “us”), based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for you as a client is covered by its own written agreement.
Using the site
Use the site for its purpose: learning about us, scoring a business, booking a call or joining a list. Don’t misuse it: no scraping, overloading, trying to break in, or submitting someone else’s details without their permission. You need to be 18 or older to book a call or sign up for texts.
The Squeeze
The Squeeze gives a business a score out of 100 based on public information we can read on the day: its Google listing, its reviews, its website, Google’s speed test and one question put to an AI. It’s an estimate to help you decide what to fix, not an audit, a ranking or a guarantee of results. Anything we couldn’t read is marked as such and doesn’t count against the score.
Business names, ratings and reviews come from Google and belong to their owners. We aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any business we score. If you believe a result is wrong, email us and we’ll look at it.
Booking a call
Calls are free, last about 30 minutes and happen by phone or video. If you need to move or cancel, reply to your confirmation or email us. We may cancel or reschedule if something comes up, and we’ll tell you as soon as we can.
Text messages (SMS terms)
Program: Citrus State Digital. When you tick the text-message box on our booking form or report form, you agree to receive text messages from Citrus State Digital at the mobile number you gave us. We send call confirmations, the call link, reminders, replies to your requests and follow-up about your report.
Message frequency varies, usually a few messages for each call or request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts; we’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email zach@citrusstate.digital. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle your number as described in our Privacy Policy. We never share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Our content
The site’s text, design and graphics belong to Citrus State Digital. You can share links and quote short parts with credit. Client logos and names belong to their owners and appear with permission.
No warranties, and limits
The site and The Squeeze are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for anything to do with the site is limited to $100.
Changes, law and contact
